Terms of service

These terms govern the use of arqamscent.com and every order placed with ARQAM SCENT LLC ("ARQAM", "we"). By placing an order, you accept them.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in your local currency, delivery costs excluded; the delivery cost is shown before you confirm your order. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once your payment is accepted through the secure payment methods offered at checkout, and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error; if you have already paid, you are refunded in full.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. Our 90-day guarantee and the way to ask for a refund are in our Refund policy.

Use of the products

Our products are for external, cosmetic or laundry use as described on their page and label. Keep them out of reach of children.

Liability

We are liable for our products as the law provides. We are not liable for damage caused by a use that does not follow the instructions, or for delays caused by carriers or customs that are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. In case of a dispute, we look for an amicable solution first: write to us.
