Shipping policy

ARQAM ships worldwide. Here is what to expect.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free over the threshold shown at checkout (for example £49.99 in the United Kingdom and €60 in the eurozone). Below it, a single flat fee applies, shown before you confirm your order.

Preparing your order

Orders are prepared within 24 hours of payment. You receive a confirmation email first, then a shipping email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery times

Allow 5 to 8 working days from shipping, wherever you are. A parcel can pause for a day or two at a sorting hub or at customs: that is normal, it is still moving.

Tracking

Follow your parcel at any time on Track my order, with your order number and the email you used.

Taxes and duties

Our prices include VAT where it applies. For some destinations, local import taxes may be collected on delivery; they are the recipient's responsibility.

Write to support@arqamscent.com with your order number: we track it down and find a solution.
