90-day guarantee: not convinced, money back
You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to try ARQAM for real, on your skin, day after day. ARQAM promises you compliments in under 7 days: the guarantee gives you 90 to check.
It applies even if the jar is opened and used. Not convinced? We refund you in full. No questions asked. The same guarantee covers ARQAM Laundry Perfume: if your laundry doesn't smell the way you expected, we refund you.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to support@arqamscent.com (or use our contact form) with your order number.
- We confirm your request within 48 hours.
- Nothing to send back. If we ever need an item returned, we will tell you so and explain how, at our cost.
Your refund
We refund the full amount to the payment method you used for the order and we email you a confirmation. How quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it, at our cost.
